MC Concrete Ltd. in Calgary, AB is hiring a Permanent Full Time Concrete Finisher.
Location of Work: Various work sites in Calgary, AB.
Wage: $30.00/hr.
Duties:
- Forming, cribbing and putting steel
- Reading blue prints and making all necessary preparations for concrete work
- Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials
- Direct placement of concrete into forms and onto surfaces
- Level top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of floors, walls, roads and other concrete structures
Education: Completion of high school.
Work Experience: 3 or more years of directly related work experience as a Concrete Finisher.
